Using testcontainers, register a testuser, which can then be used to obtain a token.

I mistakenly thought I had half a branch for this.

there is already some work done, in so far as there is a kratos testcontainer implemented: 8bd0be8

There is also some discussion in this issue, but i closed it to prevent duplication: #799
