actually, this is because we need to update the scenarios here

workflow.transition.monitor/parameter_files/ProjectParameters_GENERAL.yml

Lines 57 to 61 in b7ed31a

	scenario_sources_list:
	- GECO2022
	- IPR2021
	- ISF2021
	- WEO2022

which then presents the problem that we cannot have a ProjectParameters_GENERAL.yml that works for all GENERAL projects for all timestamps 🤔
