It basically adds frequency and multiplier sensors for all cores by modifying CPUSensors.cpp

There are also issues with the GPUSensor.kext. GPU Die Temps are totally off for custom Vegas (127 deg C GPU Idle), while former GPUSensor.kext distributions show proper values in the order of (20 to 30 deg C GPU Idle).

Update: Apparently it was sufficient to add the Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 Device ID 0x687f to radeon_chipinfo_gen.h.

Now temps are displayed correctly.

One might also want to add other new custom Vega Device IDs, if necessary.
