Consider Adding a Section about RISE for Creating Slideshows

Jupyter core dev Damian Avila created RISE for 'easy' slideshow making from Jupyter : https://github.com/damianavila/RISE

This may be a useful extension for some users.

I think this is a good idea as an instructor guide. RISE is totally awesome, but kind of finnicky to work with. I've found that there are moments to use RISE, and moments it's not worth forcing it. I think giving people guidance on this would be helpful.
