RAGens main window renders over toolkit windows

If the toolkit windows are dragged such that they overlap with the main RAGens window, it continues to render over the toolkit windows.

Behavior reported in RAGens 0.56 using toolkit 0.74, verified pre-existing in RAGens 0.54 using toolkit 0.74 and a custom 0.56 build using toolkit 0.69.

Something should be wrong when creating emulator window, or drawing into it
