Right now our National project is pulling 220 (which is 2020). It looks like EVT is available for 2023 now. Do we want to update the National Project before rerun @joewheaton @philipbaileynar ?

I cannot think why we would NOT do this?

@jtgilbert can you coordinate downloading the CONUS EVT and BPS rasters for CONUS. Then work with @MattReimer to get them referenced in the national project.rs.xml and up into the warehouse.

We can then discuss whether or not we want to base our upcoming BRAT run on this new version (but that's an independent decision on whether we include it in RSC or not).
