Removing repositories doesn't remove them from the S3 buckets

Describe the bug

If a repository is removed from respositories.yml, in our current deploy architecture that removes those docs from the website, but it does not remove the files from the S3 buckets from where they are deployed.

Expected behavior

The docs directories in S3 should correspond to the repos specified in repositories.yml. When one is added, it gets added to S3, when one is removed, it gets removed from S3.

Additional context

We may be able to resolve this using S3 sync.
