Migrating AndroidIDE's treesitter into official ktreesitter. #623

So AndroidIDE is not maintained anymore. So perhaps switch into ktreesitter which is an official binding of tree sitter.

This library may not be compatible with Android.

@dingyi222666 Actually it works great i have tried it. And also it officially supports Android!
