Game is probably picking both the real controller and DS4Windows' virtual controller at the same time. When using DS4Windows your real controller needs to be hidden so only DS4Windows' virtual one can be detected, otherwise conflicts can happen. Way too many factors involved. I am just going to post and shame you for buying modern God of War. A game series that has been so dumbed down that the developers literally used DarksydePhil as a test case for how to design missions. Most modern video games are trash tbf. It's a discussion board, not a support forum (you asked for help in the wrong section). Anyway, use Legacinator to get rid of all the old obsolete stuff in your system. |

Hi, I'm clueless why often the controller is detected and working fine in most games I play on PC. (God of War, Dying light, Yakuza to name a few).
But then a game like EA Need for Speed games, horrible/impossible to get it working or get the buttons mapped properly.
Same for a game called Genshin Impact.
From a user persective it doesn't make sense why the functionality of the controller is acting terrible all of a sudden and more importantly, when it doesnt work ok, you quickly end up in a void how to solve it?
Is it a DS4 driver issue? Or is the game wrong all of a sudden?
