When using the master branch as the release for AMDirT viewer and selecting samples that are not present in any of the other "official" releases, such as "v23.12.0", then AMDirT cannot find any library information on these samples despite that the library information is in the corresponding table on GitHub.
The AMDirT version used: 1.5.0
How to reproduce it?
Select release master from the dropdown menu and table ancientmetagenome-hostassociated.
Filter for a recently added study that has been in the latest official release v23.12.0, e.g. "Fontani2023", select samples and validate the selection => the library information is shown.
Filter for a recently added study that hasn't been in the latest official release v23.12.0, e.g. "Nishimura2024", select samples and validate the selection => no library information is shown
My guess is that for the library selection the latest official release is taken instead of the more up to date master branch.
