documentation - creating a privatesettings.json

A privatesettings.json file is required to set the Seq and Auth0 settings for the API.

There is currently not any documentation for this and it needs to be completed.

Have you had any luck on this? I am stuck on this also.

I added some defaults in #9 so things will compile and run without one. You just lose the added functionality (auth0, app insights, raygun) if you don't.
