Authz is the OAuth endpoint that a users credentials are validated against. The endpoint is at api.stanford.edu and can be for multiple api's at Stanford. Users must be able to enter a username and password that is stored securely and associate those credentials with the service they are intended for. IE: Cap credentials for the cap api and star credentials for the stars api.
