Add A1200/Z-II support

Current library version only supports Z-III big-box Amigas and not Z-II mediator machines (ie the A1200).

This feature will likely not be implemented due to technical difficulties.

Options:

1. Use pci.library with MMU=yes
2. Use mmu.library with MMU=no
3. Shift the address translation units around...never tried this before.could be done for K1 and Harrier which have multiple units?

Would it be possible to set up a bounty here? Preferably also to make it support 030 accelerators with MMU?

I simply cannot find a suitable A4000 to use with my PCI PPC card - I’ve been looking for over a year. I’d rather spend my money not on an expensive A4000 but on bounty fulfillment :)
