[FEATURE] Ability to get orders other than the orders with 'failed' status

We need to show orders that are not failed (due to any reason like incomplete payment, invalid order, etc) on https://pwa-kit.mobify-storefront.com/global/en-GB/account/orders. It's pretty easy in SFRA.

In short, there should be a way to pass multiple statuses to this scapi call:
