Manual Mode Orientation issue

Sometimes during a duel a user will have control over their opponents cards, and the opponent will have control over their cards. This happens approximately half the time.

Steps to reproduce

Assuming YGOSalvation is running

• Start any duel mode in Manual Mode
• The starting player loses the coin toss
• The winner of the coin toss goes first
