Deprecate old stylers and add new

Motivation

We have developed 3 new styles together with the sbb.ch and SBB Mobile channels, which allow for a more dynamic display of POIs. In the future, we will only continue to develop these styles. Our Journey Maps Client will be compatible with these styles from the next release. The styles are available on INT and PROD and have the following identifiers:

journey_maps_bright_v1
journey_maps_dark_v1
journey_maps_aerial_v1
