Inline code not rendered in titles^Wlinks

Hi,

First thanks a ton for this fantastic plugin that sweeten MD editing like few!

I have a small request/issue, if you please: as a DevOps wannabe, I very often have code chunks or command names in my titles and like to have them monospaced, so I'm extensively using inline code in titles.

Sadly, these don't get proper monospaced font formatting with title rendering enhancement enabled, while italic and highlight do, FWIW.

Edit: it looks like the problem concerns links in general, not only titles
