have one session per git branch

when I check out a different branch on the same project all of the buffers that I have open are relevant to the branch I had open but not to the new branch so I have a lot of buffers open with none existent files

I think it would be cool if I could have one session not only per folder but also per branch. When I check out a new branch it should create a new session for that branch with the same buffers open that I currently have open however if I open new buffers on this branch it should only reflect on the current branch. When I check out a different branch it should open the session for that branch and therefore open all buffers that I had open at the time when I was working on that branch
