simply.keyboard now has a 'default' keyboard, that is used when no 'data-simply-keyboard' attribute is found. Perhaps it is better to skip this, and force users to explicitly set a data-simply-keyboard at all times. This avoids having to check if key handling breaks native browser key handling unexpectedly.
