Tech mutation machines keep running when output slot is full

Description (Required)

once 64 items are in the output slot the machine keeps producing resources which get voided into nothing

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

run machine making luck genes for example until 64 are in the output slot. machine keeps running using resources.

Expected behavior (Required)

the machine to stop when full
