All rotational blocks always face in 1 direction and appear not to for a split second

Describe the bug
Any rotational block when placed in a north west or east direction always is facing towards south and appears not to for a split second

To Reproduce
1.Take any directional block
2.Place it
3.Check F3 direction

Expected behavior
Blocks being placed in their respective directions when made so by a player interaction
