Change town icon's colour to green when it is taken by the Military.

When the military takes a town, the colour of the icon remains yellow. Since outpost markers are green when the enemy occupies them, can't this be done for towns too?

Military outposts don't change color automatically, but only when you observe them. However I agree that there should be an exception for towns, since we share their side through these UI panels anyway.
