when user connects to a different network, metamask UI didn't prompt to user for switching network
when user connected and submit the URL, the UI didn't give successful feedback but rather gave warning that URL already submited.

when url is submitted successfully, you will get back alert box telling if it was successful. if it fails you will get failure msg
