USER ISSUE: Tallow Wall Lamp doesnt work outside

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place Tallow Wall Lamp in an Outdoor Room

Expected behavior:
It should work like the other 3 Light Supports Blacksmiths can make. It already has the disadvantage of being only 2.5 instead of 4 Lights support.

Actual behavior:
I burns Tallow, but doesnt count for the room.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
