With this flow, suppose if the user has following details, the flow behaves accordingly to reset the user password -

  1. If user has only email - then reset email will be sent to the user
  2. If user has only phone number - then SMS OTP will be sent to the user registered mobile number
  3. If user has both email and phone number - then SMS OTP will be sent to the user registered mobile number
