What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

When migrating a title you should have a choice of what source(s) to use before the search starts

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Sometimes you might know exactly which source you want to migrate to, and some extensions will require you to migrate to themselves after an updates to fix outdated URLs for example, sort of related to issue #791 about bulk migrations.

Currently Suwayomi will search all sources when trying to migrate, and that can cause issues where a source is currently unavailable due to downtime or cloudflare restrictions. This in turn slows down the search and can freeze the webUI for minutes at a time, and sometimes cause migrations to fail outright.
