Hi,

Thanks for publishing this project!

I only had a quick look at the README file and I'm wondering if the same (or similar) could be done with the newer IKEA air quality sensor VINDSTYRKA?

I can imagine that adding the CO2 reading to the original display of VINDSTYRKA won't be easy. It's not so important for me anyways. What I'm really interested in is adding CO2 measurement capability to the device and ideally send the CO2 readings over zigbee. If zigbee connectivity is a no-go, then I could still consider using the ESP board from laskakit.

Unfortunately I can't advise, I think the Czech maker community explored the possibilities of the Ikea hack, but I don't know where they got to. I've already left Twitter, so I don't know the current events. I don't have an IKEA VINDSTYRKA myself.
The last exploration I know of is: https://twitter.com/tcpj_cz/status/1625996604783067137
