🔄 Reason for Refactoring

정보 생성 페이지들(NewAnnouncement, NewOrganization) 접두사 네이밍을 Create로 변경할지 고민
Usecase/Repository에서는 create라는 명칭을 더 자주씀
페이지 단위에서는 동사보단 명사형으로 하는게 깔끔해보이지만 헷갈리지 않을지 고민..
