I have 2 different Android devices:
Device 1: Android 6.0.1 (yes, it is an old one).
Error message:
Authentication was not successful.
Maybe there is no internet connection?
Error Message: HandshakeException: Handshake error in client (OS Error:
CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED: certificate has expired(handshake.cc:393))
If I check the "Ignore invalid certificate.' then the error message Username and/or Password is incorrect! appears
I had this same problem, here's how to solve it:
Go to Personal Settings/Security/Devices & sessions and create a new app password. Then use the provided password as your login password in the app.
I cannot login.

I am sure, that I use the correct credentials (2FA is enabled in Nextcloud).
In both cases the checkbox "Use self generated App Password. Needed for accounts with 2FA.' is checked.
Any idea how to solve this issue?
