When using sip software phone call the web sip end, there is no video in IE11

I'm afraid we'll need a little bit more information in order to help you.
What's you app, your scenario ?
What's IE talking to?
Is the video you're trying to render local or remote ?
Have you tried the official test samples for IE/Safari : https://plugin.temasys.com.sg/demo ?
