[BUG] swarms preview shows an api issue, opens gh issue #133

I created a test swarm with one of the swarms examples in the web ui. When I clicked preview, it resolved to:

https://api.github.com/repos/kyegomez/swarms/issues/528

It appears, when I created a swarm, it open a PR in swarms:
kyegomez/swarms#528
which included my email address.
