@nobuti frontend code-wise should we tackle it?

I uploaded a wip to 122-responsive-donation-form branch. I have to make some white spacing improvements yet. Some ideas:

Can we change the date field and the private field? I think we can make the date field full width for mobile.
Others designs considerations will be welcome :)
