Tools updating ability

As in title. It would be nice to check and update tools like faster-whisper e.g in Edit/Settings/Tools. Right now i can download and new ones with fresh portable edition and copy-pasting it if newer.

Is there any other method of auto-improving Audio-to-text subtitles I don't know other than Shot Changes and then Tools/FixSubtitles?
Is there a way to increase dialogue volume detection couse some seems to be too quite and doesn't get detected by Audio-to-text?

Regarding the list of systems in the top post, I can understand that El Capitan will not load Whisper, but what is your opinion on a build for the Windows machine that can run it but won't with Tero's current offering of the cpp (will only run if this is used. See this)?

Also, I wondered if you have thoughts on this.
