Challenge Description

Ubeswap is in the process of transitioning platform decision making to the Ubeswap DAO (composed of all UBE holders). In order to facilitate contracts & grants fulfillment by the DAO, there needs to be a smart contract with the following functions

• Milestone-based payments (DAO transfers grant lump sum to the contract, which disburses the grant according to milestone completion dates and amounts)
• Milestone payment approval or cancellation by a DAO Agent multisig wallet (and return of funds to DAO if grant milestones are not met)
• Include the Ubeswap DAO Contributor Agreement in the smart contract and allow the population of input fields with the relevant information (Agent wallet can submit all relevant information, signed by recipient wallet) https://docs.google.com/document/d/101BINrXZhpJU148X-zO9kl7JDqHHZqBmddjm9ByohxQ/edit?usp=sharing
