Full Width Links In Sidebar

Just a minor thing, but I don't like how the links in the sidebar are only as wide as the text, resulting in shorter words creating smaller clickable areas. This seems to fix it:

.chapter li > a {
  flex-grow: 1;
}
.chapter li > a.toggle {
  margin-left: 0;
  flex-grow: 0;

Can do a pull request if you like.

I agree! Thanks for making that suggestion. In the table of contents on the right hand side the links are already as wide as the table of contents itself, but on the left hand side the links are only the text. It would indeed be better if they were the full with of the index on the left.
