Hello, when I run the sclink_net, I don't know how to solve the problem, could you please help me ?

Error in eigen(sigma, symmetric = T, only.values = T):
infinite or missing values in'x'
In addition: Warning message:
In cor(count_dr, use = "pairwise.complete.obs"): The standard deviation is zero

Hi Jihong,
Can you check if there are missing or infinite values in your input data? Are these all the error messages you got in R?
