footnotes, authors fixes

As discussed in our 8/15/2024 meeting, here are some UI fixes that are needed.

1. footnote number in article text shows up as subscript. should be superscript
2. in footnote section, footnote numbers are aligned with bottom line of footnote text, should be aligned with top line of footnote text
3. footnote anchor links need some work to bring user to correct spot on page to see footnote (both from article to footnotes and from footnotes to article)
4. create footnotes heading in sidebar when applicable
5. Pressing back button after clicking on footnotes should take user back to main page, not through each of the footnotes that had been clicked

authors

Beta Give feedback

1. authors heading not hidden in sidebar when sidebar is collapsed
2. author bio text flowing under footer in Firefox, Chrome, Safari
3. author photo not displaying as circle in author bio section
