Templates Parts: SVG errors #952

As mentioned in github/template-parts#25 and github/template-parts#26, there are some issues with template fields inserted to SVG.

<svg width="{{w}}"></svg>
<svg><path d="M {{x}} 0"></path></svg>

These examples throw error on parse.
