WPTypo should propose defaults based on current language site settings #4

If the site is in nl_NL, it should not by default activate the fr_FR hyphenation.

Not by reading the titel of #1 where you probably want to extend the possibility to the user to choose from a list of languages.
I want to make sure that this is linked to the current site settings too and that by default the language of the current site (so set in the settings of WordPress) is making WPTypo propose the corresponding language. If my site is in fr_BE in the WordPress Settings, your plugin should propose to activate 'fr' (because it does not have fr_BE or fr_CA.

But if you want to combine the 2 issues, go ahead of course!
