Based on our community discussion:
Hopefully the KERIA release-candidate corresponds with the upcoming KERIpy release-candidate

  • track the progress of the upcoming release-candidate for KERIpy
  • review current issues and prioritize them for both KERIA/KERIpy release candidates
  • improve testing for known issues
  • create a pr that updates the versions to a release candidate and provide release notes
  • publish release-candidate of KERIA

Will we also be publishing proper releases for Signify-TS too?

@iFergal seems reasonable to me. Given that signify-ts integration scripts are an important round of testing for KERIA, both projects should move together, imo.
