自2018年，CCF-B类会议CHES切换为hybrid模式，正如其官网所说："Since 2018, CHES has switched to a hybrid model of publication. Papers are now submitted to the journal Transactions on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems (TCHES)."

因此IACR Transactions on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems与CHES是等价的，都应该识别为CCF-B类会议
