Company pledge pages (like this one) should have some kind of chart or indicator of activity over time.
The idea would be to give companies a way to monitor the results of their pledges in a general way, and discover if activity has increased or decreased in line with their expectations.
It should be a visual display of some kind like a sparkline, or perhaps resembling Github's contribution graphs. It should give aggregate info for the whole company only, not specific activity by individuals. And perhaps it should be approximate, using heatmap colours or density instead of specific figures like hours or numbers of contributions.
Later on we could iterate on ways of giving more detail, but to begin with I think something very approximate is best.

I think this would be great. Just like on GitHub, tracking the progress will also help companies see the investment they're making by supporting Five for the Future. Perhaps even a quarterly or monthly email to the companies themselves showing progress might be a great idea, too. I'm happy to help with the copy.
