Guide developers to get support for their questions

As developers, getting support for issues with WordPress projects or opening conversations about its developer experience can be tricky because:

• There are several options available but there's not enough visibility of them and it's not clear the purpose of each one
• The clearest resource for developers' support (being this the WordPress Slack channel IMO) is really targeted to developers building WordPress and not much to to developers using WordPress for their projects

AFAIK these are the resources for developers' support covered by the WordPress project:

I think there's some work that can be done to clarify the purpose of these resources for developers, create new ones if needed, and properly highlight them in the right places to better guide developers in getting the help they need.
