Custom RichText block

Suppose I created a custom RichText Block MyRichText with settings the builtin RichText does not provide. How can I insert it in my CustomBock without the need to insert it via the block editor? Also I want to insert it in different places, not just next to each other. With the core RichText it would work, but I cannot just import MyRichText like I would with RichText. I tried filters, but since the RichText elements are not blocks itself it would not work. What are my options to realize this?
