Publish action to the GitHub Action directory

Would be neat to publish the action to the GitHub Action marketplace.

Per the Publishing actions in GitHub Marketplace docs, the following might be an issue:

Actions are published to GitHub Marketplace immediately and aren't reviewed by GitHub as long as they meet these requirements:
-    Each repository must not contain any workflow files.

This repo does utilize workflow files, but I'm hopeful that's something that a review from GitHub would clear approval fairly straightforwardly so as to be listed in the marketplace.
