Add a github link on playground.wordpress.net

People may arrive at https://playground.wordpress.net/ and never know what the project is. Let's add a visible GitHub link to spread awareness and encourage contributions.

A good starting point would be this file where the website is rendered as a React component:

The best place to add the GitHub link would be on the burger menu in the More Resources section. But I am new to open source and don't know how to navigate to that section.
