The 2FA settings (Keys, App, Backup codes) should state the date it was setup. #318

While working on account recovery, I needed to know when someone last generated backup codes and/or when they setup a 2FA method.

However, we don't currently expose when each method was configured, leading to me having to look in account audit logs to determine this.

It would be better (for all) if the date something was setup / configured was available in the UI.
