Scenario transition glitch

The transition that occurs between pages on the scenario section looks glitchy. The pages cross over each other instead of sliding in the same direction.

The best way to see what's going on is if you slow down the transition time from 100ms to 5s (or longer). I also tried to capture this in the following screen shot.

@CloudNiner @jfrankl I'm okay with this at this point. I'm switching it to an enhancement so we don't forget if we pick this project up in the future.
