Probably in person_editor.cgi waiting to hear back on paper_editor.cgi
Normally gets XML from Kimberly's cronjob. Will have to talk to her about dynamically getting data from PubMed or from ABC

Maybe edit pap_author_index table to have an affiliation column and get that from Alliance

The code to get from ABC is in place, but won't switch SoT to ABC for months, so changed to work with PubMed XML pipeline. Switch to ABC when ready for that.
