set up ABC bulk uploader for Daniel

Daniel would like to run the ABC bulk uploader from the dockerized system.

• Daniel needs to be able to upload pdfs through sftp to a specific directory (e.g., /usr/caltech_curation_files/daniel/abc_upload/files)
• create a UI with a button to run the uploader from the designated upload directory to the ABC. For each file, if it successfully uploaded, then automatically delete it from the upload dir, otherwise keep it. Create a UI button to delete all files from the upload dir. When the bulk uploader is done, send an email to daniel with the results in two files, one for successes and one for failures. Also store these files in dirs named by upload start date and time on the dockerized system (/usr/caltech_curation_files/daniel/abc_upload/logs/20230720_154100)
